Salt’s Creative Growth Program
FOR CHILDREN AGES 3 & 4
Salt’s Creative Growth Program provides a warm, nurturing, and developmentally rich environment where young children can grow academically, socially, spiritually, and creatively. Our goal is to help children thrive during these foundational years by surrounding them with loving teachers, Christ-centered values, and hands-on learning experiences that encourage curiosity and confidence.
Our Program Philosophy
Salt’s Creative Growth Program is designed to be a gentle, encouraging first step into the world of group education for 3- and 4-year-olds. Children learn best when they feel safe and loved, which is why we focus on:
Building independence
Encouraging peer interaction
Developing school-readiness skills
Strengthening emotional and social confidence
Supporting creativity and imagination
Building a Christ-centered foundation
Our Curriculum
-
We begin with biblical values, teaching children that they are loved by God, created with purpose, and part of a caring community. Prayer, worship songs, and simple biblical truths are woven into daily learning.
-
We use Sonlight, a literature-rich and highly respected Christian early-learning program that builds:
Early literacy
Vocabulary
Pre-reading skills
Listening comprehension
Early math awareness
Fine-motor development
Early critical thinking
Story-based learning keeps children engaged and inspires a lifelong love of books.
-
To balance academics, we incorporate Waldorf-inspired play, which focuses on:
Imagination and pretend play
Hands-on natural materials
Rhythmic routines
Art, painting, and handcrafts
Sensory experiences
Gentle, child-led exploration
This approach strengthens creativity, problem-solving, curiosity, and emotional development.
