The date is Friday night May 11th, from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Note- 6-7 is prom pictures, dinner begins at 7:00.
The Location will be at the Monarch Country Club in Palm City. 1801 SW Monarch Club Dr. Palm City, 34990
Every year, for the past 10 years, I have put on the homeschool prom.
This prom is for all homeschooled students in the 9th through 12th grade, and any friends they may want to invite. (including friends in public school)
There will be a sit down dinner, desert, and a DJ for dancing the night away....
Professional pictures- Jenna Huttula, with Huttula Photography, will be on site and offering beautiful prom pictures beginning at 6:00 pm.
The DJ is a young man named John Fuelling. He is a Christian, and understands that although the music being played will be secular, it will remain clean and fun!
The cost of the prom this year is $62.00 for a single ticket, and $114.00 for a couples ticket. (consisting of 1 boy and 1 girl) Please understand I will need to pay the Monarch Country Club a deposit by March 15th, and will need you to begin paying for your reservation quickly."Note" All prom money is due to me no later than April 17th.
Early ticket price- If you mail your check in before March 5th, you can save $5.00 on your ticket. So a single ticket will be $57.00, and $109.00 for a couples ticket. This discounted price will end March 6th.

Dress code:
Ladies:
You must wear a formal dress. Short dresses are okay as long as it is not shorter than your fingertips when you lay your arms straight down at your side. Strapless is also okay as long as your cleavage is covered.
* Ladies, please remember your modesty while prom shopping. If it is too short, or is revealing too much cleavage, please leave it in the store. I will not tolerate un-modest dresses, and you will be asked to leave the prom if it is inappropriate. Thank you.
Gentlemen :
You must wear a tux, or a suit and tie. No jeans, khaki pants, or sneakers. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tables:
Tables will sit up to 8-10 people. Please try and fill up a table with 8 of your friends. When you send in your payment, please slip a separate note inside letting me know the table of friends you will be sitting with.
Every year I look forward to putting together the home-school prom. I know so many of you look forward to it as well. I have never in 9 years experienced any kind of disciplinary problems with these groups of students. I thank all of you for keeping the prom classy, and fun. You all make my job, and the job of my chaperons easy, and enjoyable.
On that note, I will not tolerated any one coming to prom under the influence of drugs or alcohol. There will be a Martin County Sheriff on site and will escort you out of the prom.
